Register of public sector partners
Since February 1, 2017, Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on Register of Public Sector Partners is in force, which introduces the obligation for natural persons or legal entities that receive public funds to register with public sector partners - RPVS.
Who needs to be registered in RPVS?
Each business entity that deals with the state or public sector connected to the government budget must be registered in register of public sector partners.
For example, if the Interior Ministry wants to buy a service from your company and you have not performed your statutory duty to register in RPVS, the Ministry may not pay you for the service. Or you may be excluded from the tender.
Pharmacies and medical facilities, all companies that are state subcontractors, the banks, all of them have this obligation.
What do we do for you?
- we will find out if you are required to be registered in the RPVS
- then we will register your entity in RPVS and all other related activities
- we will make all the changes in the RPVS where we are registered as an authorized person
